Matching game rules at the National Menopause Show 2026

1. Organizer, location and dates

Organized by ApothecaTree Inc. at Booth 803, National Menopause Show, Toronto, October 17-18, 2026.

Game hours: 10:00 AM-4:00 PM EDT. Organizer contact: hello@apothecatree.com.

2. Eligibility and entry

Canadian residents aged 18 or older attending the booth. ApothecaTree staff and people administering the game cannot enter. One play per person across both show days. No ApothecaTree purchase is required. Buying a product or subscribing to marketing emails does not improve your chances.

Read these rules before entering. Complete the game registration form and show the confirmation to the booth team. Ask the team for help if you cannot use the QR code or form. Marketing email consent is separate and optional.

3. Round one: find a matching pair

Choose two different drawers numbered 1-6 before either is opened. These drawers contain three pairs: two Somnaffron™ sachets, two pine cones and two acorns, with one object in each drawer. The team opens your selected drawers together. A matching pair qualifies you for one bonus challenge. If you do not match, your turn ends. If they are a match, you'll advance to the bonus round.

4. Bonus round: choose one challenge

Before opening any drawer numbered 7-12, choose one of the following challenges. You cannot switch after a drawer is opened.

Find the saffron: Choose one drawer from 7-12. Finding the single saffron vial qualifies you for one Somnaffron™ box. Any gift-card symbol in that drawer does not count for this challenge.

Match again: Choose two different drawers from 7-12 before either is opened. Match the botanical-leaf symbols for a Starbucks gift card, a Sheridan Nurseries gift card, or an Othership gift card.                                               

The six bonus drawers contain one symbol each (three pairs), with the saffron vial additionally placed in one of them. Maximum one bonus prize per play, subject to the prize confirmation rule on page 2. All drawer objects remain in the cabinet.

5. Fair play and chances of winning

The team closes and independently randomizes the contents of drawers 1-6 and 7-12 out of view before each player. There are no retries or changes after selections are revealed. The odds below assume this exact setup and that every advertised prize type remains available.

Chance of matching in round one: 1 in 5 (20%). After qualifying, the saffron challenge has a 1 in 6 chance; the matching challenge has a 1 in 5 chance of any matching pair, or 1 in 15 for a particular gift-card pair. From the start of a play, the chance of qualifying for a box is 1 in 30; for any gift card, 1 in 25; for a specific gift-card type, 1 in 75. These are selection odds before eligibility.

6. Prizes and availability

All prizes are allocated to this Toronto booth game. Values are approximate retail values in Canadian dollars.

Total bonus-prize quantity: 19. Total approximate value: $493.98. Participation keepsakes: 1x ApothecaTree Cotton Muslin Bag containing 1x dried lavender bag, 1x Grace & Stella Under-Eye Masks for Dark Circles, Puffiness & Tired Eyes; available to players regardless of outcome until the disclosed stock is exhausted. Keepsakes are separate from bonus prizes.

Participation keepsakes are provided while supplies last. Recipients should review all applicable product labels, ingredients, warnings and directions before use.

Nothing in these rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
