Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases made through the ApothecaTree Inc. online store, including Somnaffron™.

Order cancellations

To request an order cancellation or change, contact hello@apothecatree.com as soon as possible with your order number.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request before your order enters fulfilment. Once fulfilment has begun, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation. If we confirm your cancellation, any payment collected for the cancelled items will be refunded to your original payment method.

Subscriptions, where available

Subscription purchases provide recurring deliveries at the frequency selected at checkout. The price, delivery frequency and any renewal terms will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method in accordance with the terms presented at checkout.

You may cancel your subscription before your next scheduled billing date to stop future charges and deliveries. Use the subscription management link provided in your subscription emails, where available, or contact hello@apothecatree.com for assistance.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged. Please contact us promptly if you also wish to request cancellation of that order.

Pre-orders, where available

Pre-order items will be clearly identified before purchase. Payment terms and the estimated shipping timeframe will be provided on the product page or at checkout.

You may cancel a pre-order before it enters fulfilment by emailing hello@apothecatree.com with your order number. We will refund any payment collected for the cancelled pre-order to your original payment method.

Estimated shipping dates may change. If a delay occurs, we will notify you of the revised estimate and explain your cancellation options. If we cannot fulfil your pre-order, we will cancel it and refund any payment collected.

Final sale and product integrity

Somnaffron™ is a natural health product. Once a product has been delivered, we cannot verify its subsequent storage conditions or guarantee its integrity for resale. Somnaffron™ purchases are therefore final sale, and we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including for unopened products.

This final-sale policy does not prevent cancellation before fulfilment as described above. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact hello@apothecatree.com promptly so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further details.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund or other rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
